I am passionate about inspiring others to fully experience the life they want. It's about working from a grounded, value-based place. In some ways, it's subtle and at the same time transformative.
As a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach and an accredited communication strategist, I am committed to helping others embrace their strengths, be true to who they are and live as fully as they can. I bring more than 30 years of successful business and life experience to my clients.
I’ve helped communities recover and rebuild from disasters, helped individuals come back from financial crisis, helped staff and students build careers, and helped leaders and businesses grow their success. I’ve worked with individuals, entrepreneurs, multi-nationals, public entities, non-profits and small businesses, to help them connect with their clients, staff, and stakeholders in meaningful ways, ways that build relationships and success.
In addition to professional certifications, I hold two degrees – B.Sc. H.Ec. and B.Ed. and certificates in Community Education, Communicating Under Pressure and public participation facilitation (IAP2).

My own experience in supporting parents with dementia, while in my 30s, was a wakeup call for me to live life fully in the now, in the moment. Life needs to be fully embraced and relished. I'm so grateful to get to work with amazing clients every day and be a small part of their adventure to live life fully.
